What we collect
When you join the Registry we collect your email address, and optionally your size, edition preference, and country. We record the time and fact of your marketing consent, your position in the Registry, and the channel you arrived from.
Consent and lawful basis
We process your email for marketing on the basis of the explicit consent you give at signup, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) of India and the GDPR. We give clear notice at the point of collection. You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by writing to [email protected]. Withdrawal is as easy as giving consent.
How we use it
We use your email to confirm your place in the Registry and to tell you when a collection goes live, and about future YARNAE™ collections. We do not sell your data. Email is sent through Resend. Analytics, if you consent, run through GA4 and PostHog without personal identifiers.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and you may withdraw consent. Contact us at [email protected] and we will respond within the period required by law.
Retention
We keep Registry data for as long as you remain a member. If you unsubscribe, we suppress your address from further email and retain only what is needed to honour that request.
